Hi I am using iPhone XR and iPhone 7 I could not update software from both thru WiFi what’s the issue

You must also have 50% battery charge.

Both phone are above 70% of battery but software not getting update when connect WiFi

Why don't you call your WiFi provider and ask for technical help in solving your issue with your iPhone XR?
