Whenever someone calls me on FaceTime I can't answer the call on my Mac.

Whenever someone calls me on FaceTime I can't answer the call on my Mac.

I get the pop up and when I click the green button it stops ringing, however it does not answer the call and all I can do is decline it by clicking the red button.

Has anyone had this problem?

I tried reopening FaceTime, restarting the Mac but it doesn't help.

I know FaceTime was never good, but now it's becoming unusable.

Hi,

It might be that you need to do the Handoff settings

The Mac does have to be on the same Network but it can be Ethernet rather than WiFi.

Bluetooth has to be On to pass the Handoff Codes.
