Charging using Samsung wireless charger

Is it okay to charge my iphone 8 with first generation Samsung wireless charger(Non Fast charging )? Will it decrease my iphone battery life?

As long as the charger is Qi certified you can use it to charge your iPhone. It will not damage the battery or decrease your phone’s battery life any more than any other means of charging would. Note that the battery is rated to maintain up to 80% of its capacity for 500 full charge cycles. So on average the total capacity will drop about 1% for each 25 full charge cycles, regardless of charging method. One full charge cycle is 0% to 100%, or any combination of multiple charges that adds up to 100% such as 50% to 100% twice.
