Follow the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

Note: You must erase it using a PC with iTunes or a Mac.

Or else you can Contact Apple Support Here.

Go to Finder or Music (If you use a Mac)

Then you should be able to find your device if you have connected it with your lightning cable.
