While using iPad Pro on Amazon app and I go to any product, when I touch “detail” in order to see reviews it doesn’t respond
While using IPad Pro on Amazon app and I go to any product, when I touch “detail” in order to see reviews it doesn’t respond. Everything else I touch on the app works fine and directs me to that location. The screen is not broken. There is no plastic shield.
I rotate the “details” to different locations on my screen and touch and still nothing. I have reinstalled Amazon app several times. Rebooted. Nothing works. The Amazon app works fine on my iPhone and my wife’s iPad.When I use Amazon on safari and go to “details”, it works! I have spoken to Apple support without getting a remedy. I have spoken to Amazon support and they say it is the Ipad.
I don’t want to reset and restore my IPad Pro and find out it doesn’t fix it. Has anyone had this happen or know how to fix?
