In long audio message, how can i fast forward to a certain minute of the audio?

I normally tend to communicate with some friends with long audio messages, but... as you know, when you’re hearing audios sometimes, screen locks and you have to hear the whole thing again, as now we dońt have the opportunity to see as an audio file. Does exists in the new iOS certain way to go to a certain minute of an audio?
