Hi, my friend has an iphone 7 which is unfortunately reset by her small daughter . But when she try to set it up again it is asking for an activation password. Problem is that the number which was used as an ID is no longer is with her and she even did not remember it at all. She has the invoice and the box with her but apple support is not satisfied with these. Please help??

If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their apple ID.
