Can’t use my Bluetooth earbuds for phone call...

I have an iPhone 7, and I just copped these new JLab true wireless earbuds because I’m tired of either choosing between charging my phone or listen to music/ be otp. I can listen to music just fine, but whenever I try to hop otp, either VoIP or not, the audio comes straight from the iPhone speaker and not the Bluetooth earbuds. I’m currently on iOS 13.4 and I’ve been on Google for hours looking for a solution, but no dice. If anyone can help me, I’d be greatly appreciative...

Hello TheUglyCarti.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I understand that you’re able to listen to music with your jLab true wireless earbuds, but aren't able to use them for phone calls. Your phone calls come through the iPhone and not the wireless earbuds. I’m happy to help.

Do the earbuds show that they are connected in Settings > Bluetooth? Please use the steps here to restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support Once the iPhone has fully restarted, are you able to hear your phone call using the earbuds?

Here’s some additional steps to look at as well: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference - Apple Support

Let me know the results.

Take care.
