Apple TV 4k video lag after paused

In my iTunes movies, if I paused the movie and resumed, the audio will start 2 or 3 seconds before the movies. Only way to fix this is to start the movie from the start again, forwarding to the point where I paused or anywhere for that matter, the audio will still be 2-3 seconds ahead of the video.

This never happened before . . .

Any solution to this?

This sounds like a networking issue, in this order:

Please restart your modem
Restart the router
Restart Apple TV and verify it is up to date.
