On my brand new Apple TV 4 K i tried to watch HAYU tv.
But after 20 minutes or so the audio stays behind on the video ( up to 2 or 3 seconds )
Irritating...
Is there a fix for this besides pausing, rewinding and playing again..?

Yo! Turn off subtitles, it has only screwed up once in like 5 episodes since i did that.
The one time it screwed up was when the next episode thing popped up. It seems to happen when any overlay is on screen, subtitles or next episode etc.

I'm having the same issue. Tried soft reset, hard reset, redownloading the app and checked for TvOS updates. I'm using a gen 4 apple tv.
When playing content, it will sporadically repeat the last two seconds of audio but the video continues to play as normal so the sound end up about 2 seconds behind.
Pressing the menu button and clicking on the video thumbnail again will resume the video with the audio in sync.
I get out of sync audio on iTunes movies on ATV4K through HomePods, its not 2 or 3 seconds behind but its noticeable when people speak in the movies to the sound coming out the HomePods. ATV4K and HomePods have latest update.
Force quit the Hayu App, restart, reboot your wifi modem, then try it again
