Warranty Exception during lockdown on account of Covid 19
Dear Team,
My Iphone Xs Max doesn't responded and tried to get it rebooted through online support which was not worked. Today, post relaxation of lockdown norms in my area (Vijayawada), i had taken the phone to authorized service provider (Aptronix). As the warranty expired in May-2020, they asked me to approach Call centre and seek exception.
The phone is non-responsive since end of Apr-2020 (you may check the phone usage online).
Due to this lockdown, most of the service providers extended their support in extending warranty with out any conditions and unfortunately Apple team could not do.
my claim is genuine and if the phone is not working due to physical damage i can understand. How apple team can escape saying that exception is not possible? This is really unimaginable from Apple team and i really disappointed with this. If apple team reviews my request once again and consider the warranty exception, it would be really great. Thank you.
