Barclays loan

Hi

I hope you’re well! I don’t have a problem at all I’ve just got a query about my loan. I took my phone out with your 0% finance scheme on June 03 2019 however I thought I did it on a 12 month scheme however it’s a 24 month scheme. I was wondering if I can amend this and upgrade now instead of waiting another year?

i don’t know if you need any additional information but my phones serial number is F2***PH6.

We can't tell you anything; you would need to contact the lender that rejected your loan.
