Unauthorized email account appearing with ny.minibox.email. Unable to delete it

How do I delete an unauthorized email account that has appeared on my iPad. It has the extension ny.minibox.email. Other threads suggest going to Settings/General/Profile and Device Management, but my iPad does not have that option. I am unable to receive emails, and don't know how this got on my iPad. Thanks for your help!
