delete a secure email account from my iphone 12
How do I delete a secure email account from my iPhone and iPad? There is no "delete this account" button in settings.

If the iPhone and iPad are managed and have a profile for this account loaded, delete the profile.
if the iPhone and iPad are supervised, contact the IT organization that has supervised those devices, and request they remove the profiles, and probably also request they un-supervise the devices.
The profiles exist here:
Settings > General > VPN & Device Management
