I have an iPhone 7 nicknamed H under my devices, but after resting my phone I now have another device listed that is an iPhone Xs that says underneath "this iPhone XS" which is bizarre given that I don't have an iPhone XS. I have an iPhone 7, the one nicknamed H. Any suggestions oh now to fix this?
Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.

Did you try removing it using the steps in the article I posted? Change your password?
Some people have fixed this by signing out of iCloud, restarting their device, and then logging back in. That hasn't worked for everyone.
The device that is listed as “this iPhone” is not the device I’m using though. The iPhone I’m using is an iPhone 7. But under the devices its showing this iPhone is an Xs. Which again it is not.
