Unable to Activate Iphone 7

I have an Iphone 7 i bought recently and just today,i had a no service sign on my phone.I tried updating to the latest ios version and after i was done installing the phone,i cant activate it anymore.Any help

Try these steps: If you can't activate your iPhone

If those steps don't help, contact Apple Support or visit an Apple Store/Apple Authorised Service Provider. if they are open near you.
