Regional restrictions on Afib and ECG

I bought the Apple Watch 5 series cause I wanted the Afib option due to a condition just to find out it’s not available in my region which doesn’t make sense do people in my region not deserve such aids ? I’m using it in Pakistan not sure if it will ever be available here ! If there’s any way around please do let me know TIA

ECG requires the current non-beta version of iOS and watchOS. For additional help with the ECG feature on your Apple Watch, take a look at these articles.

For the ECG app to work on your watch the ECG app has to be approved by;

A. the government of the country in which the watch was bought and

B.the government of the country in which you reside.

The government of Pakistan haven't approved the ECG app yet.
