I just bought Macbook pro 2020 13' recently. When I run the program, there is only one fan that is working and noise is loud. So I wonder if there is only one fan in the Macbook pro 2020 13'? Which versions have two fans that have good performance to deal with the heat dissipation?

The larger 15 or 16" models would likely have two fans. Most of the smaller models had one fan. You could consider checking the specs.
I checked, and no mention. From all I can glean online, it has one fan. This is also the case for the 2020 13" MBA - one, slightly noisy fan.
This article says "more powerful fan" and the image shows, on the left, clearly a pre-2020 13-inch MBP with its single fan and, on the left, another MBP of the same length and width but with two fans.
