Have many fan does macbook pro 13’’ 2019 have?

I found out that my macbook fan work only one side (right side) its really loud and noisy

A 13" MBP has only one fan. See what's running (apps and background processes) that's causing your processors to work hard, heat up and leads to higher fan speed:
