Why do I keep getting calls from ur 800 # telling me that my iCloud acct is being compromised? Is this another scam?

Yes, it is a scam. Apple doesn't make unsolicited calls. If there was a problem with your account you would be notified when you attempt to log in, including when logging in to this forum. Also see: Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
