Missing note from Notes App

One of my notes from the Notes app went missing two days ago. I tried looking for it on icloud.com and my two other Apple devices and it is not there. Also, it is not in the 'Recently Deleted' folder. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can locate this missing note? I tried doing a reset with iCloud backup but the only backup available is from May 30th even though I have done multiple backups before.
