Note disappeared

A note disappeared when I was using my iPad.

It was synced with my iCloud but it isn't in the recently deleted folder. I followed all the recommendations in the article, none of which worked. I tried to find it on my phone and in the iCloud web app.

I haven't changed any account settings recently, but I still tried syncing Notes with all of my accounts. No luck.

I also tried resetting my iPad, which brought the note back for a moment, but it disappeared again without ever fully loading.

What else can I try?
