Wireless Charging and Magnetic Phone Cases

I just recently purchased the new iphone SE, which I think supports wireless charging. Now, I only bought the phone and not the charging dock, and don't intend on using WC in the near future. I do, however have a magnetic phone case, which has an actual magnet installed on it, It makes it really handy to stick it onto anything metal while I'm working. If I understand correctly, it definitely affects the phone if your'e trying to use the WC, but here's the question, Will having the magnet there mess with the phone even if I just charge it with a chord.
