Manage Payments

does anyone else have a problem that the CVV doesn’t allow them to access their phone payments? For about a year now I have been trying so can buy storage for my phone because I’m all out of the 5 GB. plus because I have no payment put in because it won’t accept my card that I use every day then my apps won’t work either. They download sure but once there’s an update I have to manually delete the app and it’s frustrating.

Not to mention I am in need of a new iPhone 11 but once again can’t buy because then I lose all my storage and everything else on my phone.
