Apple Pay, is there anyway I could get my money back?

Is there anyway I could get my money back because I bought a pc from a guy in mercari he asked if I could use Apple Pay so I said yes because I trust Apple Pay I payed him the money but my item never came so I told him why haven’t it came and kept trying to ask for money and excuses I have info if you guys need some and proof so please if you can please try to get my money back I would really appreciate it so much to the bottom of my heart
