I have an iphone for work and I am locked out of the phone and can't set the passcode. How do I reset since I'm locked out?

Contact your work IT dept; they may have an admin console that allows them to set a new passcode for you and/or if you cause to reset completely, they may need to reload work related apps for you or you'll be locked out of company resources (document shares, wifi network, etc)
