Hi, I try to update my iPhone 11 pro
yo IOS 13.5.1.
I have 80% of battery and the process was good
but at the end of the apple logo and progress bar (at the end) stuck the update it was more than 3 hours without any process. And if I touch the power button says “iPhone will restart when updates completes”.
Any idea what can I do?

Some processed can take some time to complete. If this has been significant or you feel it might be frozen, try all the steps here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen

SOLVED!
Hi, I call Apple Support, and it was a lot of time waiting to finish, they recommend to hard reboot (using the volumen down, volumen up and the other side button of power for 30 seconds) and it reboots, but I need to connect it to the power. The phone reboots and try to update again, did the reboot again and works.
