Pending payment

I am buying a loyalty pass almost 10 months for a game ( clash of clan) yesterday I try to buy again but I dont know what happen My money has been deducted and the offer also not came when i check it say’s pending in apple website I am having trouble to cantact with either each of the side game is telling me if not get offer and you paid already give the invoice but when I go to see invoice in apple website it say pending

can someone help me plzz
