Have you tried resetting the case with both AirPods inside of the case?
To verify, you tried to reset as in procedure in link below:
Yes, it won’t allow me to reset with both inside the case it will only let me do one at a time.
Yes I have when I try to do so at the same time it flashes the amber color but won’t go to white and it doesn’t show up on my phone
