I’ve received my replacement AirPods and it won’t connect with the other one when I press the button on the back it just flashes orange

airpods won't connect Just got replacement Gen 2 Airpods from Apple and put them in my original case. The light on my charging case doesn't change from flashing amber no matter how long I press the button, and even though I had it plugged in for over 20 minutes. Any other ideas?
