Apple can ship the product to the shipment company like DHL OR ARAMEX?

No. Apple only ships to physical addresses, will not ship to PO boxes. Unless DHL or ARAMEX can provide a physical address to ship to that is not a PO box Apple will not ship to them.
Apple online stores also do not ship internationally. So you must shop your country or regions own online store.
