MacBook Pro battery

Hi everyone,

My MacBook Pro battery seems to go down very quickly and when powered off doesn't seem to hold charge. For example, when I switch it off it may be at 70% and when I switch it back on a few days later it may be at 45%. I have checked my batter condition (Option + clicking the battery at the top) and it states my battery is Normal. Can anyone advise or help me on why this might be or what I can do to sort it? Or is this just normal? I don't use the MacBook often. Maybe once a week or so.

Thanks in advance!

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15
