Apple tv - Sony Bravia (android tv) with soundbar: no sound

Just bought Bravia TV X8000G.

I also have sound bar HT-CT390 And apple tv 4k.

when apple tv is not connected, TV can use sound bar for sound output (connected to tv via “hdmi arc” port)

after apple tv connected, (when tv is on, apple tv also can have sound via sound bar).

Problem start after tv off. When turn on again, no sound from sound bar. Both tv or when play apple tv.

It happen many time, and solution for now is, always unplug hdmi cable from apple tv. Then start tv with only sound bar plugged.

I think apple tv always try to control the sound bar.

can apple tv have option not to control the sound bar, and let the tv decide?
