hello can anyone help ok so I go to pair my watch it works until... I get to this page ‘connecting to your Apple Watch this may take a moment’ but it never moves from that screen and doesn’t set up my watch it’s just stuck on the default screen. This occurred after I updated both my phone and my watch im so confused

Now it says checking for update then says ‘your Apple Watch is up-to date but then doesn’t move so I then press back and it ‘unpairs’ then I pair it again and it only gives me the option to check for update or reset it I really need help it’s only 7 months old!
