Apple Pencil scrolling inside PDF’s

So working with a lot of PDF’s, I like to work through them and the drawing functions inside a PDF are absolutely fantastic. However, it is quite the bummer (convenience over everything :D) to scroll. Is there a way to scroll with the Apple Pencil?
