hold down the Option(alt) key on your keyboard and click on the speaker icon at the top right part of your screen (should be next to the time and date display). You should see a list of all audio inputs and outputs

You may have to give Citrix revived ?? Reciever?? access to your mic and speakers. Could be under system preferences/accounts/ login items or under system prefs/security. Just fyi, Citrix reciever is transitioning to citrix workspace App which is backwards compatible with CR and works with your company’s Citrix server. There’s a Mac version, 2005, released June 2020. Works with Mac 10.13, 10.14, 10.15 ( and a Windows one too, of course, maybe an iOS one??)

the last version of reciever works with 10.13 and that’s it. There’s a patch for it to enable auto update. It’s 12.8.1, and with the patch, 12.9.1. Doesn’t say if it’ll work with later Mac OS releases, eg 10.14. I’d guess not.

your call on what to do.. I don’t know Citrix and I don’t work for Apple or your company’s it/help desk. You might want to pass this info onto them...

good luck
