Charged Twice for an order on Apple store

Hello I don’t know where I can post because my problem is with Apple store.


i put in an order for iPhone and a case. iPhone was charged and my case was charged to different times over 2 credit cards. I understand I should be calling My Apple support. But the digital operator tries to connect me and keeps saying can’t complete transfer temporary unavailable...


so how am I to get this fixed if I can’t simply talk to support.

please help if possible .. thanks
