Blocked iPhone

Good evening. The other day I lost a phone, now I have already found it and I have it. There they entered the lock password incorrectly and the phone was blocked, but in my icloud it glows with me. He asks to connect it to iTunes, when I connect to the computer nothing happens, I also can not enter the password. How do I unlock it?
