Apple watch series 5 (GPS+Cellular)
Cellular feature is universal like unlocked iPhone? for example if I go to India with the apple watch series 5 cellular , will it work there with some carrier service. Thank you.

No it won't,a watch bought in the US will only work in North America,Canada,Mexico and Puerto Rico.In any other country it will work as if it was a GPS only version.
