Siri reads lock screen notifications

Occasionally when I inadvertently touch my phone when it’s in lock screen, it begins reading off every reminder and whatever else  might be there.

I’d like to know how it’s being done so I might manage it. I know I can disable Siri on lock screen but I’m not interested in that. I just want it to stop embarrassing me, revealing everything. At the same time it might be handy to use when I need it. So I just want to know how it’s being done. I’m not able to replicate it at will.

It seems to have started after that’s iOS update, 13.5

Thanks

Nevermind, I found where the setting is. Somehow this got turned on after the update.

In Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Speak Screen - was enabled. Swipe down with two fingers from the top of the screen to hear the content of the screen
