How to unpair a broken watch?

How to unpair a broken watch? Lens is shattered but watch is powered and see the time. Cannot use it as entering the password is not working due to broken lens.

Need help to unpair this (series 2) watch from the iPhone 11pro. From the phone I unpaired the watch using Apple Watch app. I deleted the app alo. Restated the phone, but watch is still paired.
