are MacBooks still having a problem with charging

Are MacBooks still having problems with charging after the last update .

Have new MacBook Pro and just wondering if its safe to update . Both my Mac desk tops took the update fine but they don't have a battery

No issues here. 2019 MacBook Air and 2015 MacBook Pro.
