iPad purchases won’t transfer

I downloaded several movies/TV shows to my iPad Pro (iPadOS 13.5.1); while these files are intact and playable on the device, I am unable to transfer them to my iTunes library (MacOS 13.5.1). In fact, these files don’t even show up in the Finder on the MacBook.
