I am not able to fix my apple pay and not allowing not sure why wont take my apple ID
I can not use my apple pay, I changed credit card and it wont let me add the new one to the wallet.
Its says that I "can not set up my Apple pay"

Apple is aware of the issue. It is now showing as a problem on the Status page.
