Key board disappearance

On my iPad pro, my keyboard randomly disappears. The only way I can get it back is to turn my iPad on and off. Any ideas why it does it and how to stop it?

iPad keyboard is appearing at the top or centre of the screen This is regarding iPadOS 14.6. For no apparent reason, the keyboard on my iPad has begun appearing sometimes at the top of the screen and sometimes in the middle, but never at the bottom where It normally appears. I tried turning the iPad off and then restarting but that made no difference. Can anyone suggest what might be wrong? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Have you ever connected any keyboard to Bluetooth. I would remove it and make sure it is turned off if there was, also if you didn’t do that, try turning off bluetooth and see if that makes a difference.
