iMessage and FaceTime: REG-RESP?v=3
Hello!
I’m trying to connect my phone number for iMessage and FaceTime.
But I get messages from Apple with content:
“REG-RESP?v=3 ...”
How to fix this error?

I'd recommend that you take a look at this resource related to receiving an error while activating iMessage: If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime
I'd also recommend that you reach out to your carrier to ensure you have SMS enabled. iMessage requires an SMS to be sent and received when initially activating.
