iMessage and FaceTime: REG-RESP?v=3

Hello!

I’m trying to connect my phone number for iMessage and FaceTime.

But I get messages from Apple with content:

“REG-RESP?v=3 ...”

How to fix this error?

I can't delete old phpne number and add the new number for iMesagge or FaceTime. I changed my phone number recently. I cant delete the old number and add the new number for imesagge or facetime. Please help I'm trying to delete an old number from the Imessage facetime apps. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
