When prompted to put in my serial number in the support section, it says for me to check back later. I'm trying to send me iPad back for repair.

I'm trying to fill out the information to send back one of my iPad mini's and it says for me to check back later after I put in my serial number. Last night, I could get further and was stopped by another issue.
