New password


I am unable to send emails from my main email address. I changed my password in Settings. Is there some place else that I am supposed to enter the new password? If so, where?

If you change your email password, you need to update the password in two locations:

Settings > Passwords & Accounts > [Your email account] > Account > Password

Settings > Passwords & Accounts > [Your email account] > Account > SMTP > [Primary Server] > Password


You obviously need to ensure that your have updated the password on your email providers platform.
