Connection

My MacBook Air won’t connect to my WiFi at work at all. I’ve tried re setting it, adding password and restarting both the internet and laptop and it won’t connect.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

Talk to your IT department or help desk. They may have enabled MAC address filtering on the network and only allow approved devices to connect.
